By accessing or using TalkMate, you agree to be bound by these terms. This is a legally binding contract between you and Amedya, publisher of TalkMate.

The Nature of Our Conversational AI

TalkMate provides AI-generated text and live voice conversations with virtual personas. Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unexpected, or unsuitable for your situation.

05. User Content

You are responsible for the prompts, messages, recordings, and feedback you submit. You grant us and our processors the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and improve TalkMate, including transmitting your inputs through the providers required to generate responses.

06. Subscriptions & Billing

TalkMate may offer optional paid subscriptions or premium features.

  • check_circleSubscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store account before the renewal date, subject to store rules.
  • check_circleRefunds, billing disputes, and subscription cancellation are governed by the store provider's policies.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous compatibility with all devices, or permanent support for any specific persona, model, subscription plan, or free feature.

08. Termination

We may limit or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create risk for users or providers, or if the service is discontinued.

09. Disclaimer of Warranties

TalkMate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMEDYA AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF TALKMATE.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of TalkMate after an update becomes effective means you accept the updated terms.
