General Guidelines
TalkMate operates primarily as a subscription-based service. While we strive to ensure our users have an exceptional conversational experience, we understand that needs may change.
Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable. However, depending on your platform (iOS or Android), specific consumer protection laws and store policies apply as outlined below.
Apple App Store
Subscriptions purchased via the iOS app are managed entirely by Apple. TalkMate does not have the technical capability to issue refunds for these transactions.

For Android users, refunds are typically processed by Google Play. If it's been less than 48 hours since your purchase, you may request a refund through Google Play directly.

How to Request a Refund

Determine if your subscription was started via the App Store or Play Store.
